Happy Holidays!
Hello families!
Sorry for the lack of posts in the last month! Things have been busy in our classroom. We've done some fun projects for Thanksgiving, and now for Christmas, and have been working hard on our reading and writing. We had our second field trip to First Stage and the Domes. The kids loved seeing Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer, and thought it was fun to roam around the domes searching for things on their scavenger hunt. Here's a class picture we took in the Holiday Dome.
In social studies, we have been rotating between the other three teachers to learn all about different winter-time holidays. In our room, we learned all about Christmas in Germany and had a lot of fun decorating our gingerbread houses. Thanks for sending in supplies for this fun project!
In this last week, as we are gearing up for our winter break, we will be working on some fun Christmas projects and enjoying our last week together before break. The excitement is at an all-time high in our classroom as we enjoy this holiday season!
Happy Holidays, everyone!
